﻿{"id":431,"date":"2016-09-17T17:24:54","date_gmt":"2016-09-17T16:24:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jcp66.org\/jcp66-wp\/?page_id=431"},"modified":"2016-10-20T09:10:54","modified_gmt":"2016-10-20T08:10:54","slug":"recette-tagine","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/jcp66.org\/jcp66-wp\/cuisine\/recette-tagine\/","title":{"rendered":"Recette-tagine"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Tajine<\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">(Recette de Mich\u00e8le)<\/h2>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&#8211; Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n800 grammes d&rsquo;agneau d\u00e9soss\u00e9 (selle ou \u00e9paule)<br \/>\n2 oignons<br \/>\n3 gousses d&rsquo;ail<br \/>\n250 grammes d&rsquo;abricots secs<br \/>\n60 grammes de raisins secs (noirs)<br \/>\n1 tasse de th\u00e9 earl grey<br \/>\n25 cl de bouillon de volaille<br \/>\n1 cueill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de concentr\u00e9 de tomate<br \/>\n3 cueill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n1 cueill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de coriandre<br \/>\n2 pinc\u00e9es de piment fort<br \/>\n150 grammes de semoule de bl\u00e9<br \/>\n40 grammes de beurre<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gingembre (selon go\u00fbt)<\/p>\n<p>1. Disposer les abricots et raisins dans 1 saladier. Recouvrir de th\u00e9 chaud. Laisser infuser 1 heure environ (le temps de la pr\u00e9paration).<\/p>\n<p>2. Faire revenir la viande en morceaux dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Saler et poivrer. Laisser dorer.<br \/>\nRetirer la viande de la cocotte et faire revenir les oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s. Les faire rissoler et ajouter l&rsquo;ail.<\/p>\n<p>3. Remettre dans la cocotte avec les oignons, la viande, l&rsquo;ail, le bouillon de volaille chaud.<br \/>\nLaisser mijoter quelques minutes.<br \/>\nAjouter le concentr\u00e9 de tomate, 2 pinc\u00e9es de piment, la coriandre.<br \/>\nCouvrir et faire mijoter 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>4.
